Last week I was on vacation. It was a bit of a crazy time for my vacation as we are in the middle of our pilot Virtual Team Building Telebootcamp and I’m preparing to speak at a live event next weekend.

But it had been planned for awhile with my family and I know that with the power of a virtual team, everything will get done.

Two of the biggest questions I get from clients and readers are, “What should I delegate and how do I do it so it gets done right?” I thought I’d share a peek into what my team handled while I was on vacation last week so you can start getting some ideas of how YOUR virtual team could help you.

1. This brand new blog was created (they asked me what I wanted it called then combined my 2 old blogs and set the entire thing up.)

2. My ezine and podcast went out (my sister checked her email and asked me, “How did I get an email from you when you aren’t working?”)

3. A wiki (online resource center) was created for our Success Connections podcast. I have to thank Shannon Cherry, one of our Virtual Team Building Tele-Bootcamp participants for sharing this resource in one of our classes. When I checked my emails I was so excited to see this up and running — without one shred of effort on my behalf!

4. Our new product overview flyer was created and a draft ready for me to look at.

5. Seven email broadcasts went out — 4 to the members of ULTIMATE Wealth & Success Circle.  All were pre-planned and templatized but my different team members knew when and how to send them out for me.

6. Multiple teleclasses, interviews and appointments were scheduled by my personal assistant Lisa which is great because all I have to do is show up and do my job.

7. My office manager coordinated getting the payroll taxes done — without any requests from me.

8. My virtual bookkeeper paid lots of bills and sent me my monthly bank reports to review.

9. 5 thank you cards were sent out via send out cards.

10. The next ULTIMATE Wealth & Success Circle guest expert was contacted and scheduled.

Whew, it seems like a lot and I know there is probably 10 times more that they accomplished while I was gone and I don’t even know yet.
