		<description>Ava: I agree, the 4th is definitely communication! I teach that in all my team building programs and for leaders wanting better results. Thanks for putting that in the mix too.

Gregory Anne: Would love to hear those 5 lessons! Thank you for sharing your connection with me. =-)

Andrea: I want to invite you to join us live on the show at www.getrealrevolution.com as you are on the cusp of a huge breakthrough in your life. Feel free to share on our new blog at for members (you should have received an email if you are a free member.)

Being willing to listen to the voice that guides us is a key in eliminating struggle and experiencing more serenity as we grow. =-)

		<description>Awesome post, Melanie. Thank you so much for being so transparent! I saw your video on the Get Real Revolution yesterday, and it really moved me (I sent you a tweet, too!).

I&#039;ve had sort of the opposite experience over the last year ... I went from a $50K annual income to $250K in nine months.  It was a crazy roller-coaster ride ... and now as I&#039;m looking to once again expand AND cut my work days down to two days a week (crazy, I know) I&#039;m once again in that place of &quot;how the hell am I going to do that?&quot;

October has been a month of re-design, re-focus, and intense introspection. It feels a lot like tapping around in the dark. All I know is that the answers to creating what I want are only found inside of me ... and some of those answers scare the crap out of me!

But that&#039;s the essence of entrepreneurship as a spiritual path, right? We are forever called to dive further into our genius, and let go of the rest.

Thanks so much for this article, and your video. I really needed that call to impeccable authenticity this week.</description>

		<description>Melanie,
Your honesty is refreshing and invigorating. Taking behind the curtain adds impact to the lesson and I know you know that. Generally people so in the public don&#039;t have the you know what&#039;s to take us there though.
I love your lessons--there are at least 5 I&#039;m taking away here--and will send people here who are in a quandary to figure out what&#039;s up with their biz.
Will catch you on the Real Revolution show soon.

		<description>Wonderful that you extracted the learning, and leveraged it to move forward.

I can certainly relate to having to &quot;liberate myself from the chains of approval.&quot;

I&#039;d add a fourth C. Communication skills. They are critical to leadership, and critical to success.
