Great post and excellent tips. Very thought provokign. It's important we be authentic with ourselves when asking those tough questions.

I have another one for you...what if you are truly passionate about your goal and you are working diligently taking the steps necessary to accomplish it but you have partners who are hindering the progress and those partners are an intregral part of the project. In otherwords, if you dump them, the entire thing will fall apart. How would you handle that scenario?
