The information you have posted is really true regarding business owners, business owners running behind their business but actually not thinking what they have to do, to get succeed. Handling too much of work which is out of limits would not be benefited and it may drain them out of the business, there comes the matter of virtual assistants. Hiring a virtual assistant and handling some of our projects to them will definitely benefited and more over virtual assistants are cost effective.

When you say you should never delegate the marketing piece, I’m not sure what part of marketing you mean?

I actually delegate 90% of the marketing to members of my team, including colllaborating with experts on the right marketing strategy to achieve my goal.

In terms of reaching teachers, direct response marketing is not my forte but I would suggest checking into marketing strategists Adam Urbanski (www.themarketingmentors.com) or Michele PW (www.michelepw.com).

They can assist you in creating a marketing strategy to reach your target audience in the most cost-effective manner.

I know that you should never delegate the marketing piece of your business, but how do I find the time to reach teachers? Is direct-mail marketing my only choice?
